A Property and Business Improvement District (PBID) is a property-owner-funded tool for providing services and improvements within a defined area. If created, properties within the district would pay an assessment that supports services and improvements above and beyond the City's existing services.
Important: A PBID is not already approved. Property owner support is required before a district can move forward.

We prioritize initiatives that promote community engagement and local economic development. The goal is to support small businesses and nonprofits committed to making a positive impact in Old Town Camarillo.

A PBID would allow stakeholders to invest in potentital security, ambassador, lighting, or visitor-support programs tailored to district needs.

Advocating for business-friendly policies is vital for sustainable growth. Camarillo Old Town PBID will work with local government and stakeholders to influence policies that create a conducive environment for business success.

Led by local business and nonprofit leaders, our grassroots effort is passionate about creating a more vibrant and welcoming Old Town Camarillo while fostering economic growth and supporting the long-term success of our community.
